Fountain Filters is the consumer trading arm of the company and the brand name specifically set up to cater for the needs of the private domestic consumer. We are adherents of the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations, please click on "Returns & Privacy Policies" at the foot of the page where you will find a direct link to their web pages. A primary purpose of the Distance Selling Regulations is to allow the consumer the opportunity to examine the goods as if they were purchasing from a shop in person. Fountain Filters welcome these regulations. Prior to despatch, all orders are confirmed by email with dispatch details and a link to the regulations.
