3 YEAR 'return to base' WARRANTY DETAILS.

All the goods at this website have a 3 year reducing warranty with the following exceptions:

All the ceramic disc tap models which have a lifetime non-drip guarantee.

Water filter cartridges which are consummables

3 way taps, triple flow taps. Manufacturers warranty applies of 5 years.

All electrical items. Manufacturers warranty applies of at least 1 year.

Reducing Warranty details:

1st year. Full "return to base" warranty for goods repair or replacement free of charge.

2nd Year. 70/30 coverage where the customer bears 30% of the agreed cost of repair or replacement.

3rd Year. 30/70 coverage where the customer bears 70% of the agreed cost of repair or replacement.

All goods are of the best quality  and fit for the purpose intended.
